2021 Tahoe would not start, was able to get vehicle in right away. Service was excellent and questions were answered. Disappointed with the fact that had to have fuel pump module replaced on a vehicle with 31k miles and was not under warranty.

Tires needed rotation. I use locks on the lug nuts and key was in glove compartment. Sat in waiting room while the oil change was done. Service man, Chris, came out to say it was finished but the tires were not rotated because they couldn't find the key. I was speechless and left. I am not mad that they couldn't find the key. I am mad that they couldn't come to the waiting room to ask me where the key was. Now I have to take another morning off to get the tires rotated because I want to stay compliant for the warranty. Will be looking for another dealer.

Oil and filter change, and tire rotation performed well. Though the oil is over filled. Emissions test performed but I was not told it did not pass and says "Rejected ". I need to know why and how to get my truck to run the drive cycles to get it to perform the cat and O2 sensor tests. I'm sure the battery was disconnected when the starter was installed in May.

This visit was unexpected- I was on the road for a business trip when my service engine light soon came on and the car started to act up. I was concerned about driving any distance and this dealer was conveniently located near the location I was at. I swung in to see if they could diagnose the problem. The service writer was extremely helpful, got me in quickly. It was discovered to be a bad oxygen sensor. I had good fortune that they had the part in-stock. They replaced it quickly and had me on my way. Although I am from out-of-town and likely will never have a reason to visit their service again, I give them the highest marks and and would definitely use them or recommend them if I were local.

As mentioned in Google review, spent 4.5 months with 2 other dealers trying to buy a Tahoe. They "ordered" one to build and never delivered. I was supposed to take delivery of 2 other Tahoes that never made it to their dealership. I called EVS and Randy answered. With 10 min of discussion, we had agreed on price, trade-in value and delivery date. 100% better experience than 2 other dealers closer.

I was really disappointed in my oil change service this time around. I usually just drop my car off and pick it up after work, but this time I chose to book an appointment where I waited. I was advised it would take about an hour. After waiting 2 hours I finally went out to ask how much longer my car would be and was told oh its done. Either your rep was too busy with customers to get around to telling me my car was done (I really only saw 1 person when I left and there were 2 when I checked in) or I was just forgotten about. Also, I booked online. When I booked there were coupons. I don't remember exactly how much it was, but I'm pretty positive it was less than what I was quoted when I checked in. I feel like that should have been something that could have been looked up. The woman who checked me out was very nice and offered to try to find out about the coupon, but by that time I was so frustrated from being there so long and likely forgotten I just wanted to leave. I've been loyal with all of my oil changes, but this visit left a really bad taste in my mouth.

our car was towed to the dealership because it wouldn't stay running. It was diagnosed and fixed in less than a day. After we arrived home, we realized we left a package in the waiting room. I talked to Jeanna and explained our mistake she immediately located our package and said we could pick it up at her desk When we arrived back at the dealership, she was warm and welcoming so happy for all her help!!

The customer service was outstanding, especially Jeff. He spent time with me on the phone on Saturday answering questions. Then he was patient with me when I had a few more questions. I stopped in without an appointment to get a headlight fixed. They were able to take care of me even though it's a lot more in depth a procedure than it used to be. Eric Von Schledorn did great but Chevy, why would you make it so hard and expensive to change a light bulb????!!!!

I had a coupon which include a free car wash but my vehicle was not washed. I saw other cars which completed service tha t were washed. After Waite g for 2hours for my service to be completed I did not go back in to ask why my vehicle wasn’t washed. I didn’t want to wait another half hour as I had been there long enough.

I started out with an inquiry about the Equinox EV online. I also had an appraisal done through email for my trade in. Since I am about 1.5 hrs away, I appreciated being able to do a lot of this online. Clyde made sure the car looked great for us when we came in for our appointment. We are very happy with the transaction and the car. Hard to find the Equinox EV with the black package on dealer lots. Who knows, maybe people are over the black look, but I still like it! I still consider this dealer local and was happy to make the drive.
