You talk about a five star dealership, this is the one. Very easy to make an appointment and it is the time you want it. Oil change and tire rotation and I had my car back in forty minutes. I switched to this dealership because they are welcoming, the waiting room is very comfortable, and offers coffee and small snacks which is a nice benefit if it is a longer wait. The pricing is also more in my budget and I have not had any bad experiences like I did at other places.

This is the third time I have had service at this place and twice I was disappointed. The second time I had a simple oil change and rotate tires. They forgot to change tire pressures from the fronts to the backs. On these 2500 trucks the fronts are set at 60 and backs around 80 and when they rotate the fronts go to the back and back to the front and then they need to change tire pressures. Well they did not do that. Then the third oil change and rotate time they did a similar thing but rotated the tires and then made all tires at 80 PSI which obviously isn't correct either.

The hood on my car opened up after I left the dealership. The second latch fortunately worked and stopped the hood from opening all the way. I called the service department and reported the incident and was told the service manager would call me back right away. I called my salesman the next day and asked him why no return call. About ten minutes later I did receive a call from the service manager. I feel a life threatening mistake like this deserves a call back sooner and not have to be told twice to call the customer.

2021 Tahoe would not start, was able to get vehicle in right away. Service was excellent and questions were answered. Disappointed with the fact that had to have fuel pump module replaced on a vehicle with 31k miles and was not under warranty.

Tires needed rotation. I use locks on the lug nuts and key was in glove compartment. Sat in waiting room while the oil change was done. Service man, Chris, came out to say it was finished but the tires were not rotated because they couldn't find the key. I was speechless and left. I am not mad that they couldn't find the key. I am mad that they couldn't come to the waiting room to ask me where the key was. Now I have to take another morning off to get the tires rotated because I want to stay compliant for the warranty. Will be looking for another dealer.

This visit was unexpected- I was on the road for a business trip when my service engine light soon came on and the car started to act up. I was concerned about driving any distance and this dealer was conveniently located near the location I was at. I swung in to see if they could diagnose the problem. The service writer was extremely helpful, got me in quickly. It was discovered to be a bad oxygen sensor. I had good fortune that they had the part in-stock. They replaced it quickly and had me on my way. Although I am from out-of-town and likely will never have a reason to visit their service again, I give them the highest marks and and would definitely use them or recommend them if I were local.

Oil and filter change, and tire rotation performed well. Though the oil is over filled. Emissions test performed but I was not told it did not pass and says "Rejected ". I need to know why and how to get my truck to run the drive cycles to get it to perform the cat and O2 sensor tests. I'm sure the battery was disconnected when the starter was installed in May.

I was really disappointed in my oil change service this time around. I usually just drop my car off and pick it up after work, but this time I chose to book an appointment where I waited. I was advised it would take about an hour. After waiting 2 hours I finally went out to ask how much longer my car would be and was told oh its done. Either your rep was too busy with customers to get around to telling me my car was done (I really only saw 1 person when I left and there were 2 when I checked in) or I was just forgotten about. Also, I booked online. When I booked there were coupons. I don't remember exactly how much it was, but I'm pretty positive it was less than what I was quoted when I checked in. I feel like that should have been something that could have been looked up. The woman who checked me out was very nice and offered to try to find out about the coupon, but by that time I was so frustrated from being there so long and likely forgotten I just wanted to leave. I've been loyal with all of my oil changes, but this visit left a really bad taste in my mouth.

The customer service was outstanding, especially Jeff. He spent time with me on the phone on Saturday answering questions. Then he was patient with me when I had a few more questions. On Monday he ordered the part and on Tuesday was able to do the work. I am very happy with the bed cover for my new Colorado Truck. He was very knowledgable!

I stopped in without an appointment to get a headlight fixed. They were able to take care of me even though it's a lot more in depth a procedure than it used to be. Eric Von Schledorn did great but Chevy, why would you make it so hard and expensive to change a light bulb????!!!!
